It works by taking the NGN number and pointing it at a non advertised phone number. This number can be a single analogue line or multiple exchange lines or DDI (Direct Dial Inwards) numbers allocated to ISDN lines. It is very simple and straight forward to set up. If you want to change the number the NGN points at a phone call will deal with this normally the same day.
